These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Anelesev Ltd., the legal entity operating the SizeSense.ai site, as well as the eponymous plug-in (web application) providing clothing size recommendations (for short “SizeSense”), and visitors consuming the site’s content or using the web services of the application (for short “Users”).

By accessing the SizeSense.ai site, or using the recommendation plugin, Users agree that they understand these terms of use and will abide by them unconditionally. SizeSense reserves the right to amend and supplement these general terms and conditions at any time without the need to notify Users in advance.

SizeSense reserves the right to change and partially or completely discontinue the provision of the services of the site and the web application/plugin, with or without notice to the Users.

2.Confidentiality

Personal data means any information about the User that becomes known to SizeSense in the course of the relationship with the User.

– For Users who have only visited the site but do not use the size recommendation web application, this may only be traffic data, for example, but not limited to: IP address, operating system, device type, time and duration of access, as well as visited pages within the site, etc.

– For Users who use the web application to recommend clothing sizes, these may be, for example, but not limited to: body measurements, gender, age, fashion preferences, products they buy, etc.

SizeSense highly values the right to privacy of personal data, and makes every effort to keep this data confidential, so that no individual User can be uniquely identified.

SizeSense does not provide the User’s data to third parties, with the exception of statistical analysis tools for the use of the advancement of the platform’s usability and quality of services, as well as in cases where it is legally obliged to do so.

3. Copyright

The logo, as well as all text, images and video materials on the Site and in the Web Application, unless otherwise stated, are the property of SizeSense or the e-commerce store, using the plugin. Reproduction is prohibited except with the explicit consent of SizeSense. Materials on the SizeSense blog may be shared, but only with direct links to the blog. Their republication is possible only after the explicit consent of SizeSense.

4. Limited liability

The SizeSense Site, Services and Materials subject to these Terms and Conditions are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including warranty of performance, usefulness or reliability, for any purpose for which the User has decided to use them. SizeSense cannot guarantee that the materials and services can be accessed at all times or that they will not contain or result in errors or defects.

The use of the website and the web application (plugin), together with the services and their content, occurs entirely at the personal responsibility and at the expense of the User. The User agrees not to hold SizeSense liable for any damages or lost profits arising out of the use of the Services and Materials.
