Privacy Policy
This document describes how SizeSense (“we”, “us”, “the company”,” the application”, “the plugin” “the website”) approaches the User’s personal data, how we collect it, process it, store it, and in rare and strictly controlled cases, share it with third parties, as necessary for our operation.
We provide information and automated clothing size recommendation services. These services rely on various types of information that are processed by our algorithms so that we can provide you with the most accurate recommendation. Below is a description of this data, how it is used, and what rights you as a User have to dispose of it.
1. Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is the basis of the service we provide. We collect your data when you visit our website or use the size recommendation web application (installed on the Shopify store of a merchant subscribed to our services). By using the site and web application, you consent to us collecting, processing and storing your data.
As a legal entity operating in the territory of the European Union, you have all the rights arising from European regulations, including to request that your data be deleted, with the corresponding consequences arising from this for the service we provide to you. You can use the contact information at the bottom of the document for this purpose.
2. Types Data Collected
a. Information sent to us by our Business Clients
Our business clients are fashion e-commerce stores, operating on the Shopify platform. They use an integration into our size recommendation plug-in (web app), which is the interface between you as a user, and us as a data collector, processor and custodian. Here is a list of information that we collect, process and store, that is received through that integration:
· Information about the products you purchase, including but not limited to the date and time, size, price, and description (title, fabric, pattern, fit, images) of the products you purchased.
· a unique identifier for the business client’s website. This identifier alone does not reveal your personal identity but allows our service to save information related to products you have purchased and/or returned, so we can provide personalized size and fit recommendations.

Regardless if you use our size recommendation services as a guest (without creating an account) or as a registered user, we require some mandatory pieces of information about your body, so that our algorithms can make the necessary calculations and provide you with an accurate recommendation. Such body measurements information may be:
· Age

· Waist size
· Hips size
· Height
· Arm’s length
· Fit preference
If you choose to create an account, we will also request that you provide some personally identifiable information, that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
